Today was my Day 1. And honestly? I couldn't get through the full 20 minutes. I got through the first two circuits, wondered how close death was, and opted to stop. I figured it'd be better for me to not kill myself and not be afraid of returning.
And those two circuits? KICKED MY ASS.

That's okay! Try again tomorrow and I bet you'll do even more. The first time I did it I couldn't walk up the stairs all night. Or the next day.
This workout leaves me more breathless and more sweaty than 45 minutes on the Elliptical machine.
