I was doing REALLY well with the 30 day shred until about 2 weeks ago when my hours at work were increased from part time to 35 hrs a week. So I'm kind of in the same boat. Managing the weight loss, but not keeping up with the toning and strengthening.

If you believe USA Today, a 120-pound person burns 55 calories an hour by sitting and watching television. If you sit and type, however, you burn 100 calories an hour.
